Antonio Barone (1981)
I studied Industrial and Exhibit Design at Politecnico di Milano and worked in architecture and industrial design practices including James Irvine in Milan and OMA/Rem Koolhaas in Rotterdam, as designer of products, furniture and exhibitions.
Works include ‘Tools for Life’ furniture collection and pavilions for Knoll, exhibition design for ‘Elements of Architecture’ at the 2014 Venice Architecture Biennale and "Principles", a workplace collection for Unifor.
The system of objects, their resilience and ability to transform is my main focus.
